What is the dress attire?

Online registration is closed. Is it too late to register?
No. If you wish to attend, you may register and pay at the door, or you may call or email IFPA's Cambridge, Massachusetts, office to register before arriving. See the Details page for more information.
What are the visiting and billeting procedures for four-star Air Force officers and other Distinguished Visitors attending the conference?
For all Air Force Distinguished Visitors, please follow normal visiting General Officer procedures as outlined in AFI 36-2901. AFDW protocol plans to billet Air Force Four-Star Officers at Bolling AFB, and will provide DV group transportation to/from Bolling and the Reagan Building. The point of contact at AFDW protocol is Ms. Christine Bickel at (240) 857-8494.
What is included with the registration fee?
Meals and refreshments will be provided for paying attendees and congressional staff. The registration fee does not include lodging. Please see our hotel list for a list of nearby of hotels.
Can I register and pay for more than one attendee at a time?
Yes. If you are paying by credit card, when you reach PayPal's shopping cart for the first attendee, you can click Continue Shopping to return to the registration page and complete the form for the next attendee, Once you have completed the forms for all attendees, click on Proceed to Checkout and you will be taken to the next step in the payment process.
Who do I make my check payable to?
Please send your check, payable to the Institute for Foreign Policy Analysis, Inc.
I didn't print my registration form. Can I get a copy?
Yes. Send us an email, with "Requesting copy of registration" in the subject line, and we will email you a copy.
If I don't want to attend all sessions off the conference, can I pay a reduced fee?
No, the fee is the same regardless of the number of sessions you attend.
How do I get to the conference?
There are several ways to get to the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center depending on where you are coming from. See our Directions Page to view your options. If this does not help you, you can visit the Reagan Building's website for further information.
