The conference will be held on January 20–21, 2010, at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, in Washington, D.C. All Air Force Distinguished Visitors should follow normal visiting General Officer procedures as outlined in AFI 36-2901. AFDW protocol plans to billet Air Force Four-Star Officers at Bolling AFB, and will provide DV group transportation to/from Bolling and the Reagan Building.
