Conference Registration

The registration fee covers meals and refreshments but it does not include lodging. For military participants, the $450.00 military conference fee should be charged on a travel voucher as a conference fee. The IFPA conference fee includes breakfast, lunch, breaks, and dinner on January 20, and breakfast, breaks, and lunch on January 21. Please see our hotel list for a list of nearby hotels.

The registration fee will not be reduced for those who choose not to attend all sessions.

Payments are non-refundable after January 6, 2010, at 5:00 pm EST.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

For all Air Force Distinguished Visitors, please follow normal visiting General Officer procedures as outlined in AFI 36-2901.

Congressional Staff

Military fellows and members of the press are welcome to attend the conference sessions on a no-fee basis, but we will not be able to offer them the formal conference meals or invite them to the pre-dinner reception on January 20 unless they pay the $450 conference fee. There is a food court in the Reagan Building near the conference facilities that is open from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM where meals may be purchased.
